Working with clay for over a decade, Menuez expands their sculptural practice into a space of relational aesthetics; hand building pieces that have functional, ritual capacity. Starting this work initially for site specific activations, working within their collective Spiral Theory Test Kitchen, through which they engage food as psychosexual, sculptural, social & spiritual medium. Menuez continues to explore building vessels, tea sets, treasure boxes and objects for the home & altar.
