Shipping
We ship domestic and international orders via UPS Worldwide. If all the items of your order are in stock, we will ship your order within one week. All items shipped via UPS Worldwide will be insured for their full value. All flat or rolled items shipped via Fedex will be insured up to $1000. We ensure your packages are safely packed so that framed artworks arrive to your door in perfect condition. International shipments are subject to import customs duties and fees, all customs & brokerage fees are billed directly to the recipient by UPS.
Returns
Due to the rare and delicate nature of our artworks, we are unable to accept returns on fine art prints, editions, posters or unique artworks. We do accept book returns. To arrange a return please contact info@pictureroom.shop or give us a call during store hours: 347 987 4675.
